Tropical Storm Isaias

Hurricane Isaias has been downgraded to a tropical storm again after making landfall near Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, according to an official with the National Hurricane Center.

Florida law prohibits touching, possessing or selling sea turtles, their nests and eggs.

The active hurricane season has emergency managers figuring out how to prepare for evacuations and shelters with the pandemic still surging- that means finding extra space for people to shelter while social distancing, and even spacing out the lines for people to fill up sandbags.
