Table Talk Town Hall at WMFE

On October 19th, 2023, hundreds of Central Floridians gathered for a day of conversation, discussing ways to make our region an even better place to call home. People chose a variety of topics to discuss, from homelessness and housing issues to early childhood education and the arts. As a result, thoughtful and innovative ideas sprouted, which were shared through conversation notes and applications for Central Florida Foundation’s TableTalk microgrants.

As we always say though, it isn’t over. Not even close.

After collecting anonymous surveys from participants to create a community report and identifying trends through qualitative conversation notes, we’re ready to take the next step: the TableTalk Town Hall. During this event, attendees will get a closer look at the community report, presented by Bahiyyah Maroon of the Polis Institute, hear from TableTalk Super Hosts, take a deeper dive into our Letter to Leaders, and more.
