Florida Flora and Fauna Watercolor Show
Annual juried art show presented by the Brevard Watercolor Society, focused on the plants
and wildlife of Florida. This watercolor show originated as a cooperative effort between the Brevard Watercolor Society (BWS) and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (MINWR) in 2006 and has continued yearly as a favorite show. There are two categories, Flora (landscapes, waterscapes,
plants and flowers) and Fauna (living and breathing creatures) that occur naturally in Florida. Awards are presented for Best of Show and several awards in each category, and paintings are available for purchase.
