89.5 FM will have a crew working on the radio tower Wednesday September 9th starting at 9 AM. For the safety of the crew working on the tower, 89.5 FM will have to be off the air for potentially long periods of time during the day. The work should be completed by Wednesday evening.

    The State of Florida on Thursday quickly appealed a ruling made by Circuit Judge Karen Gievers which knocked a greyhound-racing ban off the November ballot. The proposal sought to ban commercial greyhound racing in the state after December 31st, 2020.
