The Leesburg Police Department could be joining the growing number of law enforcement agencies in Lake County and around Florida with officers wearing body cameras.

The preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board says the crash occurred during a test flight for a new water tank and snorkel.

A pilot and three passengers were believed to be on board but, as of Wednesday afternoon, only one body had been recovered.

The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate.
