Your Sunday Update: Nearly 10,000 new COVID-19 Cases Reported Saturday, Fourth of July Holiday Fuels Worry About Skyrocket COVID Cases, MLS Delays Due To Positive Tests, Trump Signs Small Business Loan Program Extension
Florida reported 9,999 new positive cases Saturday, following a record-setting Friday which saw 11,443 cases reported. Florida is now reporting 200,111 total cases, with 197,076 of those positive considered Florida residents. Eight deaths were reported to the state dashboard Saturday.The numbers were reported to the state's COVID-9 dashboard Sunday. The state's positivity rate increased slightly to 17.02 percent.
