And now, the 46-year-old Orlando restaurant company is putting together plans to build out its new culinary development center in its new downtown Orlando headquarters, where it can test even more menu tweaks and treats. Red Lobster has spent the last few months fine-tuning ways of making its new growth plan focused on "great seafood, great people, great results" a reality.
