Spotlight: New law eases restrictions on street art in "The City Beautiful"
The large, colorful murals that decorate downtown Orlando’s Mills 50 district once fell under city code as one of two things: legal advertisements or illegal graffiti. But this month, the city approved a process to allow outdoor art. 90.7's Renata Sago spoke to some artists and business owners to see how they feel about the new law.
