January 20 is National Cheese Lovers Day, so this week’s Spotlight shines on a local artisan cheese expert. Tonda Corrente began working with the food as a founding staff member at Winter Park’s The Wine Room. Now, she owns La Femme du Fromage at East End Market. She spoke about her craft with 90.7’s Amy Kiley and began by explaining how she became The Cheese Woman.
